The contract involves an ozone treatment plant for drinking water purification. Nyköpings kommun and Oxelösunds kommun together have approximately 56,000 inhabitants who depend on the drinking water. There is also a large hospital, care and nursing facilities, industries and public administration that depend on the uninterrupted supply of drinking water. Therefore, it is of great importance that the contractor has the right prerequisites to complete the assignment.

The qualification of tenderers and evaluation of tenders will take place at separate stages. The contracting authority will make a separate assessment of the incoming tenders for each question below. The tender will be awarded a share of the maximum points for each question based on a five-grade scale. Step 1: In the first step, it is checked whether the tenderer meets the qualification requirements. After qualification, the contractor shall book a time for a site visit with the contracting authority and gain access to information about the contracting authority's proposal for a new purification step.
