It is explicitly pointed out that, contrary to § 41 para. 1 SektVO, the tender documents are not complete and the service description incl. annexes will not be made available as part of the selection procedure. The tender documents from the selection procedure can therefore not be used for the submission of a tender. According to § 41 para. 4 SektVO and on the basis of § 107 para. 2 No. 1 GWB, only those bidders who are invited by us to submit a tender after the conclusion of the selection procedure will receive the complete tender documents, including the service description incl. annexes, to be used for the submission of a first binding tender.

The subject of the contract notice is maintenance services for a total of six gas-engine combined heat and power (CHP) units of the type MWM TCG 2032 V16A in an energy centre at Munich Airport. The aim of the contract notice is to ensure the long-term, safe, economical and reliable operation of the plant by a capable and experienced contracting party. The contract notice is divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes the complete maintenance of four CHP modules as part of a full maintenance contract. Lot 2 includes the demand-driven provision of maintenance services for two further CHP modules on call by the contracting authority. The provision of services will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and the safety, access and occupational health and safety regulations applicable at Munich Airport. The contract period is seven years without an extension option.
