France – Building-cleaning services – Nettoyage des locaux communaux et des vitreries des bâtiments communaux

The present contract is divided into two distinct lots in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2113-10 and following of the Public Procurement Code. Each lot constitutes a separate contract that may be awarded to a different contractor. Lot No. 1: Cleaning of premises Lot No. 2: Window cleaning. The chosen contract type is a mixed-price service contract, in accordance with Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will include a fixed-price portion for regular services (routine and recurrent) and a unit-price portion for one-off services performed by purchase orders.
