The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices. The contract concerns the supply of quality management software for medical biology laboratories as well as the associated services for installation, data migration, configuration, training, start-up, maintenance, managed services and hosting. All of these services are to be carried out in coordination with the Information Systems Directorate and the user services of the Lens and Béthune Hospitals. The solution must integrate into the hospital information systems, with total compatibility with the existing hardware and tools.
