Germany – Engineering-design services for traffic installations – Knotenpunkt Eper Straße/Hermann-Ehlers-Straße - Generalplanung

There are necessary road and canal infrastructure upgrades and new constructions at the junction of Eper Straße and Hermann-Ehlers-Straße. Due to the immediate spatial proximity, the adjacent junction of Eper Straße (L572) / Konrad-Adenauer-Straße / Moltkestraße must also be included in the planning, as both facilities are controlled by a common signal program. Additionally, the planning area is extended in a southerly direction to Brändströmstraße. In the entire planning area, the traffic surfaces are to be essentially renewed. Within the planning area is also the junction of Eper Straße / Laubstiege / Eschweg. Here, an improvement in traffic management for cyclists is planned. The planning should be awarded to a general planner for the traffic facilities and the engineering structures. Also part of the planning service is the planning of the traffic light system (specialist planning for technical equipment). A corresponding feasibility study is available. The implementation of the measure must be carried out in various construction phases due to the construction sequence.
