The Information Systems Directorate of GRDF currently has several contracts for assistance to the project owner (AMOA) and assistance to the project manager (AMOE) relating to the SAP ISU environment, which are coming to an end. These services contribute to maintaining operational readiness, evolutionary and corrective maintenance, and the transformation of the OMEGA information system, a critical system at the heart of GRDF's activities. The present consultation aims to renew these services to ensure the continuity of activities, secure SAP ISU skills, and enable the implementation of information system evolution projects. The contract aims to provide GRDF with expert AMOA and AMOE profiles working on SAP ISU technologies to cover, among other things, the following activities: functional and technical management, needs assessment and analysis, specification writing, business support, design, development, parameterization, testing, incident management and user support. The expected services must: ensure the operational readiness of SAP ISU applications; implement functional and technical evolutions of the information system; support transformation and modernization projects of the information system; guarantee service quality, data reliability and operational continuity; strengthen the Information Systems Directorate's steering and expertise capabilities in the relevant SAP areas. The successful tenderer will provide assistance to the project owner and/or assistance to the project manager services, carried out in close collaboration with GRDF teams. The present consultation is composed of two lots: Lot 1: SAP ISU Assistance to Project Owner (AMOA) Services; Lot 2: SAP ISU Assistance to Project Manager (AMOE) and Development Services. The so-called RFI phase will be scored based on the following criteria: 1- Technical and professional capabilities, to be developed in Point E of the present application request dossier (weighting 80%). Human resources of the company in relation to the subject of the contract Weighting 35% Technical resources of the company in relation to the subject of the contract Weighting 35% Quality and relevance of 3 references dating from less than 3 years, in relation to the subject of the contract concerned. Weighting 30% 2- Economic and financial capabilities, to be completed at Point D of the present application request dossier (weighting 20%). These capabilities will be assessed in light of the financial capabilities available to the candidate to ensure the proper and complete execution of the subject of the present contract notice: Evolution of the EBITDA ratio on turnover over the last three financial years (2024/2023/2022) Weighting 35% Evolution of operating cash flow over the last 3 financial years.
