Germany – Secondary school construction work – Planung und Bau des Neubau Gymnasium am Schulcampus Oldenburg i.H.

The city of Oldenburg in Holstein is constructing the replacement new building of the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium as the 2nd construction phase and final component of the overall project "Schulcampus Oldenburg in Holstein" at the Schulcampus Oldenburg i.H. (Göhler Straße/Adolf-Friedrich-Straße 1). The basis for the replacement new building is the resolution of the city assembly from November 2024, according to which the replacement new building was assessed as more reliable in terms of time and cost and more economical over the life cycle compared to comprehensive renovation.

1. Project Description: The subject of the contract is the turnkey planning, execution, coordination, commissioning and handover of the new building "Gymnasium am Schulcampus Oldenburg i.H." including all necessary services of cost groups 200 to 500 according to DIN 276 in accordance with the Functional Performance Specification, the General Contractor Agreement and the further planning and contractual documents. The scope of services includes all services described in the Functional Performance Specification, the General Contractor Agreement or the further planning and contractual documents or required for the functional, operational and turnkey creation of the new building including the associated external facilities.
