1. The scope of the investment includes the preparation of the design documentation for the construction of a municipal road from the roundabout on the route of Sienkiewicza Street (the intersection of the national road no. 16 with the regional road no. 521) to Wyspa Wielka Żuława, along with the necessary infrastructure. The scope of the contract includes the preparation of the documentation along with obtaining all the necessary agreements, opinions, and decisions required to carry out the construction works. 2. The subject documentation shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311). 3.
