Slovakia – Construction work – Rochovce – Slavošovce – Čierna Lehota – kanalizácia a ČOV

The subject of this contract is construction works in the municipalities of Rochovce, Slavošovce and Čierna Lehota - the construction of a new sewerage system for the drainage of wastewater and rainwater with a common wastewater treatment plant located in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Rochovce according to the conditions and requirements set out in Section B_Contractual Conditions of the Tender Documents and Project Documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract" or "construction"). 2. The deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract – within 36 months from the commencement of the implementation of the works (taking over the construction site), of which 24 months (construction deadline for the implementation of the sewerage and WWTP) and 12 months (test operation for the WWTP). 3. Place of implementation – the construction site is located within the urban and rural areas of the municipalities of Rochovce, Slavošovce and Čierna Lehota in the district of Rožňava. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and other requirements for the performance of the works and other obligations constituting the subject of the contract are set out in the individual annexes of Section B_Contractual Conditions of the Tender Documents.
