Poland – Peripheral equipment – Dostawa sprzętu komputerowego i peryferyjnego dla Politechniki Morskiej w Szczecinie ramach projektu „Laboratoria 4.0 – Nowoczesne kształcenie praktyczne w Politechnice Morskiej w Szczecinie”

1. Subject of the Contract 1) The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of computer hardware and peripherals for the Maritime University of Szczecin as part of the project „Laboratoria 4.0 – Modern Practical Education at the Maritime University of Szczecin”, co-financed under the Programme Funds for Western Pomerania 2021 – 2027, contract no: FEPZ.05.03-IZ.00-0007/24-00. 2) The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1a to the SWZ and Annexes A-C. All the requirements specified in the documents indicated above are the requirements of the Contracting Authority and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the offer being rejected as non-compliant with the terms of the contract pursuant to art. 226, paragraph 1, point 5 of the Pzp. 3) Nomenclature according to CPV: Task No. 1 - 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment, Task No. 2 - 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment, Task No. 3 - 30231300-0 - Monitors, 30232000-4 - Peripheral equipment. 4) Any names (trademarks) provided by the Contracting Authority are for illustrative purposes only, and their indication is intended to specify the expected standard, while the Contracting Authority allows for the submission of equivalent offers. 5) The subject of the contract has been defined by specifying objective technical and quality characteristics and standards, for which the indication of example trademarks is allowed. 6) In the event that the Contracting Authority refers to norms, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems in the description of the subject of the contract, as mentioned in art. 101, paragraph 1, point 2 and paragraph 3 of the Pzp, equivalent solutions to those described are permitted. 7) The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be factory new, free from technical and legal defects, of good quality, approved for sale, packaged in the original packaging for the given product, equipped with labels identifying the given product, specifying its technical, quality, functional and operational parameters. The subject of the contract, as well as the packaging, must bear a trademark and an indication of origin (manufacturer). 8) The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers, i.e. for each of the 3 tasks separately: Task No. 1 – 3D printer, Task No. 2 – 3D printer, Task No. 3 – monitors. 9) The Contracting Authority allows for supplies or services to come from countries other than EU Member States, and other than countries that are parties to the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization or parties to other international agreements guaranteeing reciprocal and equal access to the public procurement market, of which the European Union is a party, hereinafter referred to as „third countries not parties to international agreements”. 2. Equivalent Solutions The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with its description or norms.
