Germany – Software-related services – Anschaffung einer CAFM-Software

The bwIT-AW/bwCAFM university cooperation intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply and implementation, as well as maintenance of a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system for the contracting authorities. The cooperation includes all 37 non-university higher education institutions in Baden-Württemberg, of which 27 higher education institutions have currently declared their binding participation in the framework agreement. The CAFM system to be supplied enables, in addition to space management, the digital mapping and processing of relevant building management processes at the non-university higher education institutions in Baden-Württemberg. This includes, in particular, support for the recording, management, evaluation and visualisation of building data as well as the associated technical systems and processes. The software will be operated centrally by the Hochschulservicezentrum Baden-Württemberg.
