The present contract is a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount. The services and supplies included in the contract scope are described below. The minimum amount services are as follows:

Minimum Amount Services:

Services P01 for a duration of twelve (12) months

• Subscription to SIP channels,

• Subscription to a dedicated SIP link to TETRA with SIP/T2 gateway

Services P02 for a duration of twelve (12) months

• Subscription to SDA numbers of the private telephone network of the RATP

Services P03 for a duration of twelve (12) months

• Subscription to isolated lines (analog line in VGA)

Services P04 for a duration of twelve (12) months

• Subscription to special numbers and short numbers

Services P05, P06 and P07 for a duration of twelve (12) months

• Costs of communications for:

• The private network of the RATP,

• The isolated lines,

• The special numbers

Services P08 for a duration of twelve (12) months

• Provision of the SMS/MMS sending platform

• Sending of SMS/MMS and SMS returns

Maximum Amount Services:

• The minimum amount services,

Services P01, P02, P03, P04 - Increase in the number of subscriptions for eighty-four (84) months:

• SIP channels,

• Dedicated SIP links,

• SDA numbers,

• Isolated lines,

• Special and short numbers

Services P03 for eighty-four (84) months - Addition of:

• Subscription Isolated Line DATA Service type Box 4G,

• Subscription Isolated Line DATA standard Service

Services P05, P06, P07, P08 for eighty-four (84) months - Increase in the volume of communications for:

• The private network of the RATP,

• The isolated lines,

• The special numbers,

• Sending of SMS/MMS and SMS returns

Services P09 for eighty-four (84) months - The services of:

• Technical expertise, studies and engineering work,

• Reversibility,

• Initialization

• Training

Services P10 for eighty-four (84) months - Management, TMA and On-call services:

• 24/7 GTR 4h Extension - SIP channels,

• 24/7 GTR 4h Extension - Dedicated SIP link TETRA,

• 24/7 GTR 4h Extension - SMS/MMS sending platform,

• 24/7 GTR 4h Extension - Operator connection in Trunk SIP,

• GTR 8h - Subscription to isolated lines,

• Operational account manager

The contract which is the subject of the present consultation will be concluded for a duration of ninety-six (96) months from the date of signature of the contract.
