The objective of the procurement is to conclude an Agreement with a house bank for the provision and execution of the payment transactions of Fontys and JHS. The intended house bank offers a fully automated and user-friendly Digital payment platform. In addition, it ensures further optimisation and digitalisation of the banking transactions, with minimisation of banking costs; the pricing is therefore explicitly included in this procurement. The current expenditure (spend) amounts to approximately € 49.000 including VAT per year. Due to a decrease in the number of students, the annual costs are expected to fall as fewer transactions and bank accounts are anticipated. This is offset by the indexation of banking services. The estimated value of the contract is € 45.000 including VAT per year. This amount is exclusive of the costs for guarantee commission.
