France – Audio-visual equipment – FOURNITURE, INSTALLATION ET MISE EN FONCTIONNEMENT DE NOUVEAUX EQUIPEMENTS AUDIOVISUELS ET DE SIMULATION AU PLANETARIUM DE L'ESPACE MENDES FRANCE

The technical renovation of the planetarium at the Espace Mendès France is being carried out as part of the « Odyssée, explorer l'espace » project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). This technical renovation includes, in particular, the complete renewal of the planetarium's simulation/projection equipment. Thanks to this renewal, the Espace Mendès France aims to equip itself with a high-performance system not only in astronomy but also in other scientific or technical fields thanks to the possibilities of simulation and access to different types of content exploitable by the software. The contract is divided into 4 lots: 1 firm lot and 3 optional lots. The firm lot includes, in particular, the cleaning of the dome, the replacement of the current simulation/projection system with a « full dome » 5-channel video projection system associated with real-time simulation software, the supply and installation of complementary equipment (lighting, spare parts, 2 films...), training in the use of all installed systems and the preventive technical maintenance of the installed equipment.
