On the property at Fritz-Werner-Straße 45 and Kruckenbergstraße 40-64, the existing parking structure will be demolished and replaced with a new building containing 73 residential units as part of infill development. The planned residential development will be supplemented by an underground garage with 39 car parking spaces, designed as a mid-level garage. Access will be via Fritz-Werner-Straße, similar to the existing parking structure. This tender includes both planning services for phases 5 and 8 and all construction and specialist services including external works. The services are to be awarded to a general contractor. A building permit is already in place.
