Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2026-03a - Eculizumab (exkl. der Indikation gMG und NMOSD)

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Eculizumab (excluding the indication gMG and NMOSD). There is a parallel procedure OB-2026-03b for the active substance Eculizumab (including the indication gMG and NMOSD). The contract conclusion takes place within the framework of the Open-House-Biologika procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 17 months, starting on 01.04.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.08.2027, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract duration. The information provided on the binding period is not relevant in this case and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form.
