Poland – Safety barriers – RDW w Chełmie. Dostawa wraz z instalacją urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego

1. Scope of the order: The order includes the supply and installation of 330 mb energy-absorbing steel barriers on DW 812 and DW 838, as well as the dismantling of damaged barriers on DW 812. 1) The dismantled damaged barriers must be transported to the storage yard of the Road District in Chełm, ul. Szpitalna 53b, 22-100 Chełm. 2) The scope of the works to be carried out and the location of the steel protective barriers have been specified in the attached Permanent Traffic Organization Project and Technical Specification. 3) The order must be executed in accordance with the Subject of the Order Description, Technical Specification and Contract Project. 4) The contractor provides a warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of task acceptance. 5) The contractor is obliged to ensure safe conditions for road and pedestrian traffic in the area of the works being carried out in accordance with the Temporary Traffic Organization Project. 6) The contractor ensures the signage of the works during their execution. 7) The transport, unloading and assembly of the subject of the order is provided by the contractor. 2. Detailed information on the GDPR can be found in the tender documents. 4. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers - a detailed justification is included in the SWZ. 5. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 139(1) of the Pzp, will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then qualify the contractor, whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 6. The contracting authority envisages the invalidation of the procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Pzp, if the public funds, which the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the order, have not been granted to it. 7. Order execution deadline – 30 days from the date of signing the contract. 8. Bid binding deadline - 02.01.2027.
