Netherlands – Software-related services – Zelfscan as a Service - Conditionerende Onderzoeken

This concerns the procurement of an intelligent (web-based) SaaS application for the automated execution of Selfscans, functioning as a gatekeeper for all ground movements. Users (engineers, preparers and contractors) must be able to read in or manually enter traces. Subsequently, the system generates a real-time status (Green/Orange/Red) for soil, explosive ordnance, archaeology and flora and fauna based on map layers. Based on the information currently known to us, we estimate the scope of this tender to be in the range of 28,000 to 45,000 Selfscans per year. One Selfscan includes the automated testing of all four research themes (soil quality, archaeology, flora & fauna and explosive ordnance). Calculated over the term of the Framework Agreement, this amounts to:

Estimated quantity over the initial term (4 years): approximately 112,000 to 180,000 Selfscans;

Estimated quantity over the total maximum term (8 years, including both extension options): approximately 224,000 to 320,000 Selfscans.
