Hungary – Engineering design services – Pannon-Víz Zrt. tervezés DBR 2026-2028

The contracting authority is creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of design services in the following 3 categories for the period from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2028. The design tasks related to the water supply network operated by the contracting authority will be procured through the tendering procedures initiated within the DPS.

I. Category: Water Supply Design: The category includes the design of:

- sewer network

- drinking water network

- wastewater treatment plant and its sub-units

- waterworks and its sub-units

- necessary expert consultations

- necessary permits/approvals

Total budget for the entire period (26 months): net 75.000.000, -Ft

II. Category: Electrical Design: The category includes the design of:

- electrical networks and equipment related to water supply facilities

- solar system

- low-voltage electrical networks and distribution systems/cabinets

- high-voltage equipment and electrical power supply systems

- building electrical systems

- building automation systems electrical design

- lightning protection and grounding systems

- backup power supply systems (generator, UPS)

- electric vehicle charging systems

- energy efficiency and electrical energy optimisation systems

- measurement, control and regulation systems, process control

- low-current systems

- fire alarm systems

- industrial facilities electrical systems

- reconstruction and modernisation of electrical networks

- electrical consumption measurement and billing systems

- necessary expert consultations

- necessary permits/approvals

Total budget for the entire period (26 months): net 10.000.000, -Ft

III. Category: Architectural Design: The category includes the design of:

- operational, central control buildings together with the specialist designs

- necessary expert consultations

- necessary permits/approvals

Total budget for the entire period (26 months): net 15.000.000, -Ft

The designs must comply in particular with:

- the Kbt. 58. § (2)

- the 16. § (1) of the 322/2015.(X.30.) Government Decree

- the 1st annex of the 91/2009. (IX. 15.) Government Decree.
