The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of machinery:

Logical Unit No. 1 – New wheeled excavator for excavation work, material handling and maintenance of communications – 1 unit

New wheeled excavator for carrying out earthwork, excavation, loading, handling and auxiliary construction work for the maintenance of local communications, pavements and public spaces, with delivery to the seat of the contracting authority, with the relevant documents and documents intended for its proper use.

Logical Unit No. 2 – New tracked mini excavator with a cabin with three buckets and a hydraulic hammer – 1 unit

New tracked mini excavator with three buckets and a hydraulic hammer. Equipment intended for excavation work, demolition work, material handling for repairs of local roads, pavements and hardened surfaces, with delivery to the seat of the contracting authority, with the relevant documents and documents intended for its proper use.

Logical Unit No. 3 – Tipper truck with double cabin – 1 unit

New utility motor vehicle category N1 with a double-row cabin for at least 7 persons and a tipper superstructure with sides, intended to ensure operational, maintenance and transport activities. The vehicle must be powered by a compression-ignition engine with a minimum power of 110 kW (150 k) and a minimum displacement of 1,900 cm³, with delivery to the seat of the contracting authority, with the relevant documents and documents intended for its proper use.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, technical specifications, technical parameters and requirements for functionality as well as requirements for the delivery of the relevant documents and documents related to the delivery of the subject of the contract and requirements for related services are set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for LC1, LC2, LC3.

The contracting authority requires the delivery of goods to the designated place in the city of Poprad and the provision of warranty services during the entire warranty period for all three logical units. For LC1 and LC3, the work of service personnel and their transport for planned service inspections according to the manufacturer's regulations are included in the offer price during the entire warranty period. For LC2, planned service inspections including work, transport, filters and motor and hydraulic oil are included in the offer price for 3 years from the protocol handover or until 1,500 Mth after handover, whichever occurs first. This does not limit the warranty of LC2 for a period of 5 years or 4,000 Mth after handover, whichever occurs first.

Operating consumables, filters and parts replaced during regular service inspections or as a result of normal wear and tear are not included in the purchase price for LC1 and LC3. The supplier will notify the Buyer of their price in advance and will only carry out the exchange after it has been approved by the Buyer. For LC2, filters and motor and hydraulic oil are included in the price of planned inspections within the period and scope of 3 years or 1,500 Mth mentioned above; warranty repairs remain at the expense of the Supplier during the entire warranty period.

The costs of remedying defects for which the supplier is responsible within the warranty, including work, transport, necessary parts and materials, are borne by the supplier. The tenderer will submit in the tender a Technical Sheet of the tendered subject of the contract LC 1 / LC 2 / LC 3, by which it will declare compliance with the contracting authority's requirements for the technical specification and technical parameters of the subject of the contract LC 1 / LC 2 / LC 3.
