The aim of this tender is: - to conclude a (framework) agreement with one Contractor for a period of two years, with an option to extend for a period of a maximum of four times one year. The decision to extend or not to extend the (framework) agreement rests solely with the Contracting Authority. The intended start date of the (framework) agreement is 1 January 2027 and ends by operation of law on 1 January 2029 unless the Contracting Authority opts for optional extension(s). The maximum duration of the (framework) agreement, if optional extensions are chosen, is six years, until 1 January 2033 at the latest. The intended start date may, if the Contracting Authority deems it necessary, be adjusted to a later date, with the end date being adjusted accordingly. The net contract value for the rental of flexible external personnel was in 2025, approximately: € 300,000.00 exclusive of VAT per year. No rights can be derived from the above indication.
