The South-West Finland Wellbeing Services County is procuring the water chillers and heat pumps for the Psychiatry New Building Phase II under a restricted procurement procedure, as indicated in the documents, with a scope of approximately 24 000 m². The usable floor area for hospital operations is 13 900 m². The procurement of water chillers and heat pumps will be carried out as a separate subcontract by the contractor, which will be subcontracted to the main contract of the construction project in accordance with the subcontracting agreement RT 80271.
