Hungary – Cleaning services – TD-168/26 Metró utasforgalmi területek takarítása

Creation of a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter: DPS) for "DPS - Mechanical and Special Cleaning Tasks for Passenger Areas of the Metro" (BKV Zrt. TD-168/26). The contracting authority requests the performance of mechanical and special (including tasks to be carried out with alpine technology) cleaning and hygiene tasks in the operation and maintenance of passenger areas, in accordance with the invitations to tender sent during the DPS period. At the time of initiating the procedure, the contracting authority, as part of the procurement documents, requests the provision of the above services at the locations defined in the item list issued. The list is informative, and the contracting authority reserves the right to change its content during the DPS period. Within the framework of the contract(s) to be concluded within the DPS, the contracting authority may typically order the following services: a) regular cleaning services (daily/weekly/monthly tasks), b) non-regular, optional cleaning services - ad-hoc cleaning services (other cleaning tasks that become necessary for reasons not foreseeable in advance). During the implementation of the DPS, the contracting authority, pursuant to Section 2 of Act 107, provides the participating economic operators with the precise technical description and contractual conditions related to the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system, simultaneously with the dispatch of the invitation to tender. The contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.). The general expectations related to the performance of the individual cleaning services are set out in the technical description issued in the invitation to tender section, which is part of the procurement documents, and in the draft contract.
