This contract concerns the treatment of residual household waste from the communities of the Aisne department and sorting rejects, notably from the Urvillers site, as well as from any other treatment centre managed by Valor'Aisne, either in-house or through a public contract. In accordance with the hierarchy of waste treatment methods, established by the legislator, and in particular by Article L. 541-1 of the Environmental Code, Valor'Aisne prioritises energy recovery treatment.
