Czechia – Building installation work – ERDF KVALITA ZČU - ZČU v Plzni – „Rekonstrukce posluchárny UP 108“, Univerzitní 22, Plzeň (3.vyhlášení)

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction works according to the PD, i.e. mainly construction and assembly works, demolition, dismantling and supplies necessary for the reconstruction of the lecture hall UP 108 and other affected spaces and rooms in the technical floor – basement. This involves, in particular, structural modifications related to greater seating comfort for students, a new ventilation and cooling concept. Heating modifications and the connection of VZT heating will be carried out. This is associated with the modification of the existing MaR (TRONIC) system with connection to the central dispatching. Furthermore, the electrical distribution (strong current, weak current) will be modified. The subject of the fulfillment also includes the equipment of the interior, the modifications of the walls and surfaces, inc. preparation for the assembly of the AV technology end elements. Furthermore, the fulfillment will include, among other things, the dismantling of the existing VZT piping with the occurrence of asbestos in the sealing between the pipe fittings, inc. the ecological disposal of hazardous waste according to the relevant hygiene regulations.
