France – Special trade construction works other than roof works – ACCORD CADRE - Travaux divers de maçonnerie, peinture, métallerie, plomberie et signalétique dans les ouvrages de la ligne 14 du métro parisien pour la levée des réserves du projet de prolongement de la ligne 14

This public works contract is part of the Line 14 Extension operation. This operation involves work on the ancillary structures of Line 14 of the Paris Metro as well as on the tunnel. This contract may also be used for interventions on Line 11. It concerns the execution of all-trades works. The services to be performed are as follows (non-exhaustive list): - Preliminary site installations, and elements to reduce site nuisances, - Preliminary work necessary for access to the site area (removal of fences, removal of "No Entry" signs, etc.), - Installation of site covers in accordance with ID 53-1, 53-2 and 53-4, - Applications and consignations if necessary for the execution of works along the tracks, - Preliminary earthworks and demolitions, - Installation of all elements necessary for the safety of movement within RATP structures and along the tracks, during the works, - Repair works on concrete surfaces and volumes as well as gutters, - Various metalwork on ladders, gratings and doors, - Adjustments and replacements of CF doors, - Various masonry works, - Various plumbing works, - Various locksmithing works, - Various signage installation works. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP), and the implementation constraints in booklets n° 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6. This contract is a multi-operator framework agreement (3 contractors) with call-off orders, defined by amount, with a minimum and a maximum amount. The minimum amount that can be consumed, all contractors combined, is 800,000 euros excl. VAT. The maximum amount that can be consumed, all contractors combined, is 3,000,000 euros excl. VAT. The distribution of minimum and maximum amounts between the contractors will be determined according to the final ranking of the technical and financial offers, according to the following proportions: For the 1st ranked contractor: 50% of the total amount, i.e. a minimum amount of 400,000 euros excl. VAT and a maximum amount of 1,500,000 euros excl. VAT. For the 2nd ranked contractor: 30% of the total amount, i.e. a minimum amount of 240,000 euros excl. VAT and a maximum amount of 900,000 euros excl. VAT. For the 3rd ranked contractor: 20% of the total amount, i.e. a minimum amount of 160,000 euros excl. VAT and a maximum amount of 600,000 euros excl. VAT.
