The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8, SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance(s) within the framework of a so-called "Open-House procedure". With the stipulation of uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a discount contract in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8, SGB V for the active substance(s) named in the invitation to tender.
