Belgium – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Ontwerpteam Kleine Heide fase 7

This concerns a services contract with the following subject:

1. Architectural services: demolition + new construction

The subject of the contract is a complete architectural assignment, including all studies on stability and techniques for the demolition of 44 existing single-family homes in the Folke Bernadottelaan and 3 single-family homes in the Robert Schumanlaan, and the realisation of at least 110 residential units in various volumes, an underground parking garage and collective inner areas, within the urban planning framework. The buildings will be partially constructed on the land of Woonhaven Antwerpen in the Kleine Heide district and partially on land of the city of Antwerp as part of a land swap.

2. Infrastructure assignment

Linked to the above architectural assignment, infrastructure will also be laid. The subject of this assignment is the complete infrastructure assignment for the construction of two renovated streets (Folke Bernadottelaan and Robert Schumanlaan), a cut-through (from Aartselaarstraat to the new Folke Bernadottelaan) and two parking pockets (on the Draaiboomstraat and on the Aartselaarstaat) adjacent to the new buildings. The infrastructure will be partially constructed on the land of Woonhaven Antwerpen in the Kleine Heide district and partially on land of the city of Antwerp as part of a land swap. These two assignments form 1 indivisible whole and must be executed together.
