Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 12, 70173 Stuttgart, House of Representatives Building Renovation, Architectural Services according to Part 3, Section 2 of the HOAI. The House of Representatives building is to be completely renovated and extended. It is intended to commission object planning services for landscape architecture according to Part 3, Section 2 of the HOAI for phases 2-9 and special services of phases 4 and 9. The scope of services includes: - Open spaces and outdoor facilities around the building, in particular non-built-up land areas - Open spaces in the courtyard, partly as intensive greening with seating areas - Planting "Green Facade" on the base building - Courtyard facade greening in front of curtain wall glazing - Extensive roof greening, partly in combination with PV. Given the building standard and the location of the site directly adjacent to Stuttgart's cultural mile, a high-quality solution in terms of urban planning and landscape architecture is sought.
