Belgium – Lift-maintenance services – Raamovereenkomst voor het onderhouden van de liften van Zorgpunt Waasland

Zorgpunt Waasland wishes to appoint one or more service providers to be responsible for the maintenance, repair and servicing of the lifts in the buildings of Zorgpunt Waasland. The service provider must rectify the remarks in the inspection reports and must continuously monitor the lifts, carry out repair and replacement work, dismantle lifts and rescue persons. The lifts must pose no danger to the safety of users. Zorgpunt Waasland currently has 63 lifts. This number may increase or decrease in the coming years due to policy decisions.
