The contract concerns the removal of graffiti, stickers, posters and similar pollution from various municipal objects within the municipality of Zwolle. This includes, among other things, tunnels, bridges, sewage pumping stations, outdoor display cabinets, traffic control installations, revetments, noise barriers, parking garages, artistic art objects and other municipal properties. In addition, the contract may relate to the cleaning of pollution due to natural impact or deliberate pollution. As an indication, this concerns approximately 1,000 graffiti per year.
