Consultancy services from freelance professionals are to be procured for the Federal properties abroad for the purposes of the project preparation to identify the needs and the coverage of needs. Consultancy services are also to be procured for the formulation of requirements of the user, the operator or the owner of buildings and technical installations in the form of guidelines or model plans. For the implementation of simple construction measures according to Section D RBBau at these properties under the responsibility of the Federal Foreign Office (BfAA), planning services from freelance professionals in the field of structural design and earthquake safety are necessary. For this purpose, a framework agreement with up to 5 contractors with a duration of 7 years is to be tendered.
