The waste management company of Lübeck (EBL) operates a mechanical-biological treatment (MBA) plant for residual waste and co-processing of bio-waste, as well as a biomass plant (BMW) for the treatment of green waste and residues (especially fermentation residues) from bio-waste treatment, at the Niemark landfill site. A decentralised hydrogen production facility is to be integrated into this overall plant. The subject of this tender is the engineering services required for this project to construct a decentralised hydrogen production plant (electrolyser) in Lübeck.
