The Contracting Authority informs that it has a building permit in accordance with decision no. 2251/26 of 17.07.2026 issued by the Starost of Poznan. 2. The Contracting Authority informs that the investment area is subject to archaeological examinations in accordance with the permit for conducting archaeological research no. 190/C/2026. 3. Special conditions for securing the construction site and carrying out construction works: construction works should be carried out in accordance with the technical conditions and OH&S rules applicable in construction, as well as the agreements to the project, and the construction site should be secured against access by unauthorised persons. 4. The Contracting Authority informs that the task of expansion and reconstruction of the building „TARNOWSKIE TERMY” construction of a slide, water playground and retaining walls along with the necessary technical infrastructure will take place at the currently operating Aquapark Tarnowskie Termy facility with possible temporary inclusions of zones. 5. The Contractor must schedule the work so as not to hinder the main activity of the facility. 6. The Contractor is obliged to allocate and secure works/activities enabling the operation of the facility. 7. At the same time, the Contracting Authority indicates that works related to the expansion of the sauna zone may only begin from September 2027. 8. The Contracting Authority waives the execution of the electrolyser (the Contracting Authority has already carried out the replacement). 9. The arrangement of the interior of the new sauna on the side of the Contracting Authority, after the work has been completed by the Contractor, the Contracting Authority will carry out inside the sauna (layout of benches, stove and lighting and sound, ventilation). 10. Replacement of the CCTV recorder on the server - described in app. no. 1 – assortment table – parameters. 11. The Contracting Authority informs that the newly created lockers along with the infrastructure must be compatible with the existing ESOK system. 12. The Contracting Authority does not order the execution of the 45m2 walkway (marked in red on the map [MT1.1][MK1.2]). 13. The Contracting Authority informs about the existing systems in the facility: - Fire alarm – BOSCH - Access control – Roger - ESOK – LSI Software (in 2027 the Contracting Authority plans to change the ESOK system) Equipment: Ventilation units – Menerga
