Award of building planning services in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1, § 34 (Performance phases 19) for the renovation and modernisation of the Nordbau building on the Kinobauer site in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim. The five-storey building is to be gradually converted for educational purposes to relieve the adjacent Lindenschulzentrum. For this purpose, a building application including the change of use of the entire building is required. In the first phase, the conversion of two and a half storeys is planned and should be designed in such a way that the storeys can be operated autonomously in terms of technical equipment. In the long term, the entire building is to be used for educational purposes. The implementation will be carried out in sections, taking into account the existing building structure and the requirements of building regulations.
