Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Realschule Bünde-Mitte, Strotweg 19, 32257 Bünde, Erweiterung; Fachplanungsleistung ELT (LPH 1-8)

The Kommunalbetriebe Bünde -AöR- intend to expand the municipal secondary school Bünde-Mitte in Bünde with additional teaching areas and supplementary functional rooms, as well as to renovate existing structures, and to construct a new single-court sports hall. This procurement procedure concerns the trade of ELT design services as a lot of all design services. The objective of the specialist planning is to develop an energy-efficient, economical and operationally reliable electrical infrastructure, taking into account the school's use and the requirements for sports halls. The subject of the contract is the scope of services for technical building equipment design in accordance with §§ 53-56 HOAI 2021 (phases 1-8). The planning includes the following systems according to § 53 HOAI: - AG 4: High-voltage systems - AG 5: Telecommunications and information technology systems - AG 6: Conveying systems (if necessary) - AG 8: Building automation (electrical components) The contract is awarded in stages.
