France – Sale of real estate – Mandat de gestion pour la cession de biens immobiliers du département de la Gironde

This tender is conducted to conclude a multi-provider framework agreement to establish the terms governing the purchase orders for real estate marketing services on behalf of the Gironde Department. The Departmental Council is the owner of an immovable property portfolio consisting of various types of assets (individual houses, collective buildings, professional premises, warehouses, offices, developed or undeveloped land), some of which have become unnecessary for the performance of its public service missions. To optimize the management of its property and enhance its assets, the Department wishes to use specialized service providers in real estate marketing, capable of handling the entire sales process, from finding buyers to signing the authentic deed of sale with a notary. Each framework agreement is executable from the date of notification for a period of one year. On the anniversary date of notification, it may then be subject to 3 tacit renewals of one year each, without its total duration being able to exceed 4 years. The service provider cannot object to this.
