The subject of the procurement is the services for the enhancement of the Purchaser's information systems, divided into three groups. The tenderer may submit a tender for one, more, or all groups of the subject of the procurement. GROUP 1 - ENHANCEMENT OF THE AGRIS IT INFORMATION SYSTEM - LIVESTOCK SERVICES RECORD AND FEED OF CROATIAN FARMS AND FIELDS The subject of Group 1 is the enhancement of the AGRIS IT information system, namely the Livestock Services Record application and the Feed of Croatian Farms and Fields application, in accordance with the Project Task, Cost Estimate and other attachments to the Procurement Documentation. Since the Purchaser is not the owner of the original source code for the application system, the selected tenderer must ensure all legal and technical prerequisites (permissions, training, etc.) for the use of the original source code and project documentation and work on the aforementioned application system. The enhancement includes data exchange of cadastral data via the API service of the State Geodetic Administration, the development of a separate publicly accessible GIS portal within the ISAPZ information system for scientific institutions of the Republic of Croatia, and the adaptation of the web service for data transfer SimpleLab-ISAPZ.
