3. Subject of the contract: 3.1. The subject of the contract is catering services for DCOPiH employees provided through access to a digital platform for extra-salary benefits. 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract referred to in point 3.1. is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Offer Form, Annex No. 8 to the SWZ – Contract Draft, and the assortment-price form – Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. The public procurement procedure for social services is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender in accordance with Article 132 in conjunction with Article 359(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), hereinafter also referred to as the "Act" or "Pzp".
