France – Event services – Vœux siège social RTE 2027 et 2028

This consultation concerns the support of RTE in the design, organisation and implementation of the New Year's Eve event at the headquarters, for the January 2027 edition and, optionally, for the January 2028 edition. The expected service includes, in particular: The proposal of a creative and scenographic concept serving as a guiding thread for the entire evening; The operational and logistical organisation of the event, including the coordination of all service providers involved on the day; The design and coordination of animations and associated devices; The management of the preparation and deployment schedule. The rental of the venue as well as catering services are not within the scope of this consultation and will be handled directly by RTE. Optional service: the organisation of the 2028 New Year's Eve at the headquarters is also part of the scope. RTE will inform the contract holder of the lifting of this option according to the conditions provided for in the contract.
