Germany – Police equipment – Lieferung Sportbekleidung

The LZN is responsible for procuring goods and services for the direct administration of the Lower Saxony state (see § 2 of the LZN Operating Instructions). With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN can take on additional tasks for public-law entities within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration, as well as for private-law companies in full public ownership (see § 3 Operating Instructions). Under this remit, the contract involves concluding a framework agreement with a company (Section 21 VgV) for the supply of sports equipment for the customer base according to the attached list of contracting authorities.
