The subject of the contract is the Insurance of the Property and Other Interests of the Municipality of Oława. The subject of the contract is divided into three parts:

Part I: Insurance of the Property and Civil Liability of the Municipality of Oława. The scope of insurance includes: 1) insurance of property against all risks, 2) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks, 3) insurance of machinery and equipment against all risks, 4) insurance of civil liability, 5) insurance of the consequences of accidents of persons participating in organized events in the sports facilities of the Municipality of Oława.

Part II: Insurance of Motor Vehicles of the Municipality of Oława. The scope of insurance includes: 1) compulsory insurance of the civil liability of motor vehicle owners, 2) insurance of the civil liability of motor vehicle owners for damages arising from the movement of vehicles in the territory of countries belonging to the Green Card System, and not being members of the European Union (so-called Green Card insurance - no-claims insurance), 3) insurance of vehicles against damage and loss (auto casco), 4) insurance of the consequences of accidents of drivers and passengers, 5) extended, paid assistance insurance, 6) mini assistance insurance (no-claims insurance, if the contractor has such).

Part III: Excess Insurance of the Civil Liability of the Municipality of Oława. The scope of insurance includes: 1) insurance of civil liability being an excess over the basic insurance.
