Wherever packages are referred to in this document and in further documents of the procurement procedure, this refers to lots in the sense of § 97 Abs. 4 GWB in conjunction with § 30 VgV.

Explanation EPCM = Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (Technical and coordinating support of planning, procurement and integration; Ensuring coordination between construction, engineering, IT, users and operation; Representation of the client/IPA interests. The EPCM partner acts impartially in the interest of the IPA and independently of manufacturers. The EPCM service explicitly does not include the supply, installation or maintenance of medical equipment.
