Belgium – Lift-maintenance services – Maintenance full omnium d'un parc multimarque d'ascenseurs, monte-charge et escalier mécanique et services associés

This contract aims to maintain a fleet of elevators, goods lifts and escalators at the Liège Airport site. This is a multi-brand fleet: the contractor must therefore be able to intervene on the entire fleet, regardless of the brand, age and condition of the installations. The services covered include the following: • Preventive and corrective maintenance, including breakdowns, under full omnium; • Regulatory modernisation services taking place every 15 years for the elevators concerned by the duration of the contract; • Any interventions not covered by the full omnium. The contract begins the day after the notification of its award and the contractor must start operating on 1 April 2028, the end date of the previous contract. Prior to this, after the contract has been awarded, the contractor will have obtained all airport access to allow their staff, including any subcontractors, to access the secure airside zone. The contract is launched for a period of 60 months and may be renewed for 3 periods of 12 months each, at the discretion of the contracting entity, to be communicated in writing to the contractor 3 months before the end of the current period. The fleet consists of the following: • 27 elevators; • 1 goods lift; • 1 escalator. These quantities may be revised upwards or downwards during the execution period, depending on the evolution of the contracting entity's real estate portfolio. Breakdowns must be carried out 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, within the deadlines that will be specified in the special technical specifications. An availability rate is imposed for each item of equipment per year: 95% (the modalities will be specified in the special technical specifications). A site visit will be organised for candidates invited to submit a tender.
