Analysis and synthesis of the documents submitted in the file and a detailed estimate of the work to be carried out for the renovation of the République parking lot. The preparation of the DCE necessary to obtain a building permit or other administrative authorisations as well as the following mission elements: Diagnostic studies (DIA), preliminary design studies (AVP), project studies (PRO), assistance to the client for the award of the works contract (ACT), approval of the execution studies carried out by the contractor (VISA), management of the execution of the works contract (DET) and assistance to the client during the reception operations and the period of guarantee of perfect completion (AOR). Additional missions: Synthesis (SYN) - OPC - SSI - DQED. The financial envelope allocated to the works by the client is set at: 5 247 000 euro(s) excl. VAT
