The subject of the Contractor's performance, according to the draft Contract for Work No. 6440-OŘS1-2026-056 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), is the processing of documentation for the issuance of a building permit, the processing of documentation for the implementation of the construction, the provision of the designer's supervision, the provision of a BOZP coordinator and the provision of the proper performance of the activities of the building contractor's technical supervision.
