Metroselskabet is awarding a framework agreement for customer analyses, covering both customers of Copenhagen Metro and the Capital Region Light Rail. The company wishes to be able to act more flexibly and on an ad hoc basis in the execution of analyses, than is currently the case. There is an ongoing and short-notice need for new investigations, and the company wishes to have a supplier who can act agilely on these requests and has the ability to carry out the work within a reasonable timeframe. Analyses can be smaller analyses, adjustments, or larger, standalone analyses/investigations. Analyses are defined as tasks/requests, where the company delivers a problem statement, timing requirement, and internal stakeholders.
