The subject of the contract is the preparation of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional-user program (design documentation covering the land development project, architectural and technical design) for the construction of: • a sanitary sewer network with connections in the town of Poznań as part of the investment task 5-05-19-200-1 „Poznań - sanitary sewer in ul. Gubińska” together with obtaining a valid building permit decision (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the discretion of the Contractor) • a water supply network in the town of Poznań as part of the investment task 3-05-21-083-1 „Poznań - water supply network in ul. Gubińska” together with obtaining a valid building permit decision (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the discretion of the Contractor) and the performance of author supervision in the implementation phase of the works carried out on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor for construction works until the signing of the final acceptance protocol of these works. Detailed requirements regarding the Subject of the Contract as well as all information regarding design solutions are contained in the attached technical conditions issued by AQUANET S.A. constituting the basis for design. As part of the author supervision, the following should be provided: 1. for the investment task 5-05-19-200-1 „Poznań - sanitary sewer in ul. Gubińska” • Supervision cards with stay on site – 10 Supervision Cards • Supervision cards without stay on site – 10 Supervision Cards total of all supervision cards 20 items 2. for the investment task 3-05-21-083-1 „Poznań - water supply network in ul. Gubińska” • Supervision cards with stay on site – 5 Supervision Cards • Supervision cards without stay on site – 5 Supervision Cards total of all supervision cards 10 items. In the event of the need to increase the number of stays on site or the number of supervision cards without stay on site, the unit prices from the Agreement for the provision of author supervision on the above tasks will be accepted for settlement, provided that these prices will apply to no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards with stay on site and no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards without stay on site presented above. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is Annex No. 9 to SWZ.
