France – Printing and delivery services – IMPRESSION DES SUPPORTS DE COMMUNICATION DE LA VILLE D'AUBAGNE

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The present consultation aims at the award of a framework agreement with purchase orders for printing services of municipal documents for the account of the Ville d'Aubagne, including in particular the printing, finishing and delivery of the municipal bulletin, institutional communication media, posters, flyers, leaflets, administrative registers and any other document whose printing will be entrusted to the contractor, under the conditions specified in the present CCP. The following operations are included in the services: - Preliminary checks of the computer files provided by the communication department or other city services before production; - Production of all necessary printing media for the manufacture of finished products in accordance with the requested technical characteristics; - Execution of the following works: o Printing, at the request of the communication department, of preliminary control proofs, o Flashing of computer files, o Machine finishing of printed products (e.g. mat or gloss varnish, full page or selective), o Enhancements, automated or manual finishing and finishing of printed products, such as mat or gloss lamination, plastic coating, cutting, assembly, o Delivery of printed products to one or more points.
