Germany – Industry specific software package – Überlassung und Weiterentwicklung einer Softwarelösung einer digitalen Bauwerksprüfung und -Verwaltung

The HPA operates a complex IT infrastructure in the KRITIS environment and is responsible for a multitude of engineering and infrastructure projects within the Hamburg Port's area of responsibility. Building inspections are already carried out digitally, mobile and, where suitable models are available, also model-based. However, a fully model-based building management system is not yet implemented. The HPA, in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Transport, is implementing the "Digital Twin Main Port Route" project. This project aims to develop innovative methods to improve maintenance management. Part of this is the procurement and development of a digital, standardized, and future-proof software solution that builds on the existing digital and model-based building inspection and is designed to be further developed into a comprehensive solution for building inspection and building management. The cooperation and the project run until 31.12.2027. All listed developments must be implemented by then. Furthermore, the software will be used, maintained, and, if necessary, adapted and further developed in the HPA's operation on an indefinite basis. The goal is therefore the procurement of a digital, standardized, and future-proof software solution that builds on the existing digital and model-based building inspection and is designed to be further developed into a comprehensive solution for building inspection and building management. The system contract for the Digital and model-based building inspection and management includes the provision, creation, maintenance, and adaptation as well as further development and will be concluded on an indefinite basis. The end of the contract term and at the same time the minimum contract duration of 31.12.2027 therefore refers to the cooperation project between the Federal Ministry of Transport, BIM.Hamburg and the HPA. The minimum contract duration corresponds to the duration of the cooperation.
